Returns Policy

We offer a 15 day no reason return service for fixed size products in stock, which means you can apply for a return within 15 days after receiving the goods. 
Return conditions: The product must be in its original condition upon receipt, unused, free from wear and scratches, and packaged intact. At the same time, you need to provide a shopping receipt or purchase voucher.

The quickest way to exchange is to first return the existing product. After the return application is approved, you can place a separate order to purchase the required goods. 
Refund Policy 
We will notify you of the refund review result as soon as we receive the returned goods and complete the inspection. The approved refund will be returned to your payment account within 10 working days.
