Return Policy: We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return service for fixed-size products in stock, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Customized products generally cannot be returned. However, if the dimensions of the customized product do not meet the requirements specified in the customer's engineering drawings or 3D drawings due to our manufacturing errors, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Conditions: Fixed-size stock products must remain in their original condition upon receipt—unused, undamaged, scratch-free, and with intact packaging. Custom-made products require proof of dimensional deviations or processing errors as the cause of the issue.
Return Process: If you need to return goods, fixed-size stock products require photos of the product's exterior, while customized products require proof that the processing specifications do not meet the data requirements specified in the customer's product engineering drawings or 3D drawings. Please send the return request and supporting documents via email to SHan8971861@outlook.com to apply for a refund. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed mailing instructions.
