FR-4

FR-4 dark green is a flame-retardant laminate made of glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin under heat and pressure. It meets UL94 V-0 standard, featuring high insulation, heat resistance, moisture resistance and good processability. Widely used as PCB substrates, insulating components for electrical equipment, transformer barriers, FPC stiffeners, PCB drilling pads and precision test fixtures.
