Industrial synthetic stone is a glass fiber filled high-temperature resistant epoxy composite material. Its long-term continuous working temperature is 260℃, and it can withstand a peak short-term temperature of 350℃. It features low thermal conductivity, anti-static property, excellent dimensional stability, no delamination or deformation under high heat, flux corrosion resistance and superior CNC machinability. It is widely used in SMT reflow soldering, wave soldering fixtures, PCB carriers, high-temperature testing tooling, semiconductor heat insulation backing plates, as well as hot pressing molds and high-temperature insulating structural parts for automation equipment.
