·Thermal Performance: It boasts exceptional high-temperature resistance, with a continuous operating temperature suitable for harsh thermal conditions, a glass transition temperature of 150°C, a melting point of 340°C, and a heat deflection temperature of 315°C at 264 psi, ensuring stable performance under high-temperature fluctuations. ·Mechanical Strength: The 30% carbon fiber reinforcement significantly improves its mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of 201 MPa, a tensile modulus of 19.7 GPa, and a flexural strength of 317 MPa. It also exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance, and impact resistance (notched Izod impact strength: 69 J/m), maintaining structural integrity under static and dynamic loads.

·Dimensional Stability: With a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (5.2 ppm/°C in the flow direction), it has minimal mold shrinkage (0.1% in flow direction, 0.5% in transverse direction), ensuring high precision of finished components.

·Chemical & Environmental Resistance: It demonstrates superior resistance to most organic solvents, acids, and bases, as well as excellent hydrolysis and aging resistance.
