·Thermal Performance: It delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance, with a continuous operating temperature of up to 260°C, a glass transition temperature of 150°C, a melting point of 340°C, and a heat deflection temperature of 160°C at 264 psi. This ensures stable performance even under significant thermal fluctuations.

·Mechanical Strength: As a pure PEEK grade, it exhibits excellent balanced mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of 98 MPa, a tensile modulus of 3.8 GPa, and a flexural strength of 150 MPa. It also possesses good fatigue resistance, creep resistance, and a notched Izod impact strength of 100 J/m, maintaining structural integrity under both static and dynamic loads.

·Dimensional Stability: It has a moderate linear thermal expansion coefficient of 15 ppm/°C (flow direction) and controlled mold shrinkage (1.5-2.0% in flow direction, 1.8-2.2% in transverse direction), ensuring acceptable precision for finished components. ·Chemical & Environmental Resistance: It demonstrates superior resistance to most organic solvents, acids, and bases, along with excellent hydrolysis and aging resistance. Compliant with RoHS and UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards, it can withstand multiple sterilization methods (autoclave, e-beam, ethylene oxide), meeting stringent medical and industrial hygiene requirements.

·Processing & Appearance: Available as natural/off-white pellets, it is processable via injection molding, extrusion, and machining. Its excellent biocompatibility and electrical insulation further expand its application potential in medical, electronic and food contact fields.
